Ingredients: 1 k minced chicken meat 2 pcs whole pineapples, fresh and big 2 pcs. carrots, brunoise 1 pc. bamboo stick 1 pc. white onion, brunuiose 50 grms. pring onion, chopped 200 grms. cornstarch 20 grms. flour 2 pcs. eggs. beaten 50 grms. celery chopped 2 liters oil for deep fry 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. white pepper powder 1 tsp. chicken powder seasoning Procedure: 1. Combine minced chicken meat, carrots, onion, celery, spring onion, egg, salt, pepper, chicken powder seasoning, corn flour and all purpose flour. 2. Form into balls and deep-fry until golden brown and set aside. 3. Toss golden brown chicken balls into sauce and set aside. 4. Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for EPISODE 22 / Nov.27- RUDOLF’S HOTDOG ROLL. Ingredients: 6 pcs. hotdogs 500 grms. puff pastry 2 pcs. eggs 100 grms. flour 30 grms. vegetable shortening Procedure: 1. Cut into 4 both sides of hotdog then flatten the puff pastry and cut five inches long by two inches (5x2). 2. Brush with beaten egg and place the hotdog and roll it. 3. Have ready baking sheets, brush with vegetable shortening and arrange sausage with puff pastry. 4. Ingredients: 6 pcs. tiger prawns, peeled with head and tails 300 grms. string beans, blanched 300 grms. radish, blanched, cut into strips 300 grms. eggplant, blanched, cut into strips 300 grms. banana heart, sliced thinly 300 grms. kangkong, blanched 3 pcs. sili pangsigang 3 pcs. tomato, squared 1 pc. white onion, sliced 2 liters Sinigang 1 tsp. baking soda Procedure: 1. Blanch separately with baking soda the white raddish, string beans, eggplant, banana heart and kangkong. Set aside. 2. Have ready Sinigang in pot and you may add tomato, white onion and sili pansigang, allow to boil until done. 3. Add in prawns until done. 4. Kilaw Lapu-Lapu Ingredients: 1 k lapu-lapu fillet, sliced thinly 2 cups vinegar 1 cup calamansi juice 1 pc. white onion, julienne 1 pc. cucumber, julienne 100 grms. ginger (julienne by mandolin) 1 pc. green bell pepper, (finely julienne) 2 pcs. red bell pepper, (finely julienne) 50 grms. chopped siling labuyo 2 pcs. siling pangsigang 1 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. white pepper 2 pcs. dayap slices Procedure: 1. Marinate fish fillet in vinegar for 5 minutes, then squeeze using cheese cloth. 2. Place into mixing bowl, add in calamansi juice, salt, white pepper, cucumber, ginger, green and red bell pepper, sili labuyo and sili pansigang. 3. Toss slowly, then place on salad plate.
