Ingredients 4 tbsp Lady’s Choice Ham Spread 3 slices white bread 2 slices cheddar cheese 2 slices sweet, spiced or glazed ham 4 eggs, beaten ½ cup milk ¼ tsp nutmeg 3 tbsp butter 1 tbsp confectioner’s sugar Procedure Spread Lady’s Choice Ham Spread on bread slices then layer cheese, and ham in between. Top with the last slice of bread. In a shallow dish, mix together egg, milk, and nutmeg. Coat the sandwich with the mixture by dipping all sides. Melt butter in a pan then add the sandwich. Turn to brown all sides. Dust with confectioner’s sugar before serving.

Ingredients 2 duckling breasts, fat removed 80 g green grapes 80 g black grapes 200 ml fresh chicken stock (gel type) 20 g sugar 200 ml white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon honey Salt and pepper Preparation In a hot skillet, lightly brown the ducking breasts on the fatty side. Chicken and Asparagus Paupiette Ingredients and Procedures. Ingredients: 16 green asparagus, peeled 4 chicken breasts 50 ml soya sauce 30 g tarragon mustard 400 ml chicken or vegetable stock 200 ml single cream Salt and pepper Preparation: Cut the asparagus 12 cm from the tip and save the stems. Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper, drizzle with soya sauce and brush with mustard. Top each one with 3 asparagus. Roll up, keeping the tips visible. Secure with string or a cocktail stick. Steam for 15 minutes, with the remaining asparagus and stems on the side. Cook at the same time as the starter and dessert. Bring the chicken stock to a boil, add the cooked asparagus and stems, blend with a hand blender or food processor. Stain through a sieve and add the cream. Adjust the seasoning and pour over the chicken, served up in the middle of each plate.

This rich, creamy pork stew with Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise will have everyone making a dash for the table. Just don’t forget to give Lola a head start! Ingredients 2 tbsp oil 1 pc. onions, chopped 4 cloves garlic, chopped 1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pcs. 3 tbsp vinegar 1/3 cup soy sauce 1 pc. bay leaf 1 tsp whole black peppercorns 1 cup water oil for frying 1 tsp brown sugar 2 tbsp Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise Procedure Saute onion and garlic in oil until fragrant. Add chicken and saute over high heat until browned. Pour vinegar and let it simmer until strong aroma evaporates. Add soy sauce, bay leaf, pepper, sugar, and water. Bring to boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Simmer until sauce is syrupy in consistency - coats the chicken pieces - and chicken is fully cooked. Stir in Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise and mix well. Serves 4-5 Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes Ingredients: 1 kg. pork, cut into 1 ½-inch cubes 2 cups barbecue sauce ½ cup Knorr Liquid Seasoning 3-4 tbsp calamansi juice ¼ cup canola oil freshly ground pepper 1 cup Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise ¼ tsp chives, chopped ¼ tsp dill, chopped ¼ tsp parsley, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 pcs. shallots or ¼ pc. onion, minced Skewers, for grilling Procedure: 1. Combine barbecue sauce, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, calamansi juice, oil, and pepper in a bowl. 2. Marinate pork in the barbecue mixture overnight. 3. Grill over hot coals until cooked. Serve with homemade Ranch Dressing. For the Homemade Ranch Dressing: 1. Combine Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise, fresh herbs, garlic, and shallots in a bowl. Serve chilled.

Combine ox tongue and water in a pot and bring to the boil. Discard water. 2. Add water again to pot just to cover the ox tongue. Add calamansi juice and bring this to the boil.
