 The price of Variegated Philodendron Domesticum in 2021 is a whooping P35,000 to P40,000 per leaf. I remember a seller from market place told me that a matured Domesticum with 3 to 4 leaves cost about P100,000. So I waited for another year and bought my medium size Domesticum imported from Thailand with three leaves for P22,000.  The plant was imported from Thailand and the seller from Batangas sent me the plant straight from the airport and it looks unhealthy. Good enough that the seller is a legitimate pant importer and replaced the plant. When you buy an imported plant make sure not to report and water it the moment it arrives on your place. Where can you buy the cheapest Variegated Billitiae? In 2021 the price of variegated Philodendron Billitiae is P200.000 per leaf for a medium size. One big leaf approximately 17 inches long will cost around P250,000 to P300,000 and P400,000 per leaf for premium variegation. It means a variegated billitiae with three medium size leaves cost around P850,000 which is more expensive than a Toyota Vios car. In 2022 since exporting plants from Thailand becomes more viable, more supply has entered the Philippine market. Some local plant collectors also managed to propagate their collections. How can I contact OWWA Region 3 and OWWA NCR in Pasay City. I tried to dial all numbers provided on their flyers but with no success. It keeps on telling me that the number I have dialed is incorrect. I have been trying to call them since I want not able to register with Humanitarian Assistance for Saudi Claims Program.  Some of my colleagues who are based in the National Capital Region were able to register successfully but we, who are in OWWA Regional are having some trouble registering with the system. Before I was hesitant to buy the tree from the supplier from Nueva Ecija since I am not sure if Palm Date can actually grow here although it should because the Philippines is a tropical country. I have seen a lot of Date palm trees in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in United Arab Emirates and the fruit when ripe has a great sweet taste. I need to buy two plants since the date palm is dioecious, having separate male and female plants. They can be easily grown from seed, but only 50% of seedlings will be female and hence fruit-bearing, and dates from seedling plants are often smaller and of poorer quality. Most commercial plantations thus use cuttings of heavily cropping cultivars. Save Trees by printing less, told by my Japanese Colleague. I am currently working as an Office Engineer and I am working on  a Monthly Progress Report for our Construction Project. The report usually exceeds 400 pages and when our Assistant Commercial Manager review the report, he told me to think about saving trees by printing less. So what we did is to put those sections of the report consuming many pages on a CD instead of printing so were able to minimize the hard copy of the report.  Printers consume paper, toner chemicals, and power.
