Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 63 / Sept.30-Sago't Gulaman. Ingredients: 2-4 tbsp simple syrup 1/2 cup boiled sago 1/2 cup cooked gulaman, cubed 1 cup crushed ice 1 1/2cups water Simple syrup 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup water 1/8 tsp banana flavoring PROCEDURE: 1. Caramelize sugar in a saucepan. 2. When melted, pour in the water and banana flavoring. 3. Continue cooking until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool completely. 4. Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 63 / Sept.30-CHICKEN PORK ADOBO WITH LIVER SPREAD. INGREDIENTS: ¼ kl chicken, cut into serving pieces ¼ kl. Cubed pork liempo (belly) ¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup vinegar ½ cup water 2 tbsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. sugar 1 piece bay leaf 2 tbsp. cooking oil ¼ cup liver spread Salt and pepper to taste PROCEDURE: 1. In a bowl, marinate chicken and pork with soy sauce, vinegar, water, sugar and bay leaf for at least 1 hour. Just before cooking, add the garlic to the marinade. 2. Heat oil in pan, add chicken and pork, pan sear until brown. 3. Add marinade mixture, cover and simmer over medium heat until cooked. 4. Season with salt, pepper and liver spread 5. Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 63 / Sept.30- MAGIC DINENGDENG. INGREDIENTS: 1 cup rice washing 2 cups cubed squash 2 cups squash flowers 4 medium tomatoes, quarterd 1 cup patani 1 ½ cups malunggay fruit, skinned and cut into 1/4” slices 2 medium eggplant, sliced horizontally into 2” pieces 1 ampalaya, sliced diagonally into 2” pieces 1/4 cup bagoong isda 1 piece bangus, sliced and fried, broiled or grilled 1 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 1 cup saluyot leaves PROCEDURE: 1. In a pot, bring rice washing to a boil. Add squash, tomatoes and patani, then lower to a simmer. Cook for 3 minutes more. 2. Add malunggay fruit, eggplant, ampalaya and bagoong. Cook for 2 minutes or until tender. 3. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Add fish and saluyot leaves. Kusina Master Recipe- Red Chicken Salad

Here's Kusina Master Recipe- Red Chicken Salad. Procedure: 1. Slash the flesh of the chicken several times and rub the curry paste into each cut. Cover and chill overnight. 2. Cook in a wok over medium heat for 5-6 minutes,  turning once or twice, until cooked through. Keep warm. 3. Heat one tablespoon of the oil in a wok and stir- Fry the pak choi and cabbage until just wilted. Add the remaining oil, shallots and garlic and stir- fry until just tender but not browned. Add the vinegar, chili sauce and soy. Remove from the heat. 4. Arrange the leaves on 4 serving plates. slice the chicken, arrange on the salad leaves and drizzle the hot dressing over. Serve immediately.
