Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 59- Aug. 26-ASIAN CREAMY TUNA SALAD. Ingredients: 1.5 kg. tunaloin cut into portion size 150 g. each 1 tbsp. crushed black peppercorn 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. mustard 100 g. spinach (blanched) ¼ cup lemon juice ½ cup Olive oil 500 g. Iceberg lettuce 2 pcs. tomato slice 2 pcs. cucumber slice Procedure: 1. Season with salt, pepper, and mustard the tunaloin. Pan-sear until done and set aside . 2. Cut the lettuce into chunks, and the spinach too. Place in salad bowl and top with seared tuna. Pour over the top with creamy lemon dressing. Garnish with tomato and cucumber. Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 59- Aug. 26- LEMON CHICKEN. Ingredients: 1.5 kg. boneless chicken 1 cup cornstarch 2 pcs. beaten eggs 1 cup lemonade ¼ cup calamansi juice 2 tbsp. custard powder 2 pcs. dayap slices for garnish 2 cups cooking oil for deep-fry 1 cup chicken stock ¼ cup sugar 10 g. spring onion Procedure: 1. Season with salt and pepper. Debone chicken. Dredge into cornstarch, soak into egg, and deep fry until golden brown, and set aside. 2. Sauté garlic and ginger purée. Add chicken stock, lemonade, calamansi juice, slurry custard powder, slurry cornstarch and sugar until mixture thickens . 3. Cut into portion bite size chicken and pour on top with lemon sugar sauce. Carneng Asada is said to be one of the favorite meals of our National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal according to the book Diosdado Capino. Carneng Asada is beef steak with sauce. Carneng Asada Ingredients: Beef Olive oil Lime juice (dayap) Parsley Water Rice flour Salt Potatoes Procedure:  Lard a thick cut of beef, preferably from the nape. Make a marinade of olive oil seasoned with dayap juice and a sprig of parsley.  Marinate the beef, turning it in the mixture over several hours. Fifty minutes before serving, roast the beef over hot charcoal. Brush the meat with marinade from time to time as it cooks. Let the meat rest before serving. For the sauce or gravy, make extra marinade. Add water and enough rice flour to thicken the marinade. Simmer until sauce is thick. Before serving, sprinkle the meat with a bit of fine salt. Max's restaurant invades Asia Pacific

Max's of Manila, popularly known as Max's Restaurant, is a Philippine-based restaurant serving fried chicken and Filipino dishes. According to the report from AKTV,  Max's Restaurant has revived a plan to expand its business in Asia Pacific in a bid to tap the overseas Filipino market. On the sidelines of the fourth Annual Corporate Treasury and CFO Summit, Rebecca Arago, chief financial officer of the Max's Group of Companies, told reporters that the company considers Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong as attractive markets for expansion. Ingredients: 1kg. pork belly (pre-boiled and tender) 500 g. ox tripe(pre-boiled and tender) 50 g. ginger purée 50 g. garlic purée 1pc. onion, chopped 1 cup cooking oil for deep-fry 1kg. rice 2liters water 10 g. chopped spring onion 2 g. casubha or saffron ¼ cup crispy fried garlic for garnish 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. white pepper powder 1 tbsp. chicken powder Procedure: 1. Jollibee expand with Taiwan's 12 Sabu

Jollibee Foods Corportation expand businees with joint venture from Taiwan's hot-pot cuisine '12 Sabu'. Jollibee Foods Corp. on Wednesday beefed up its international business after forming a joint venture with a Taiwanese company for a hot pot food venture, according to AKTV report . In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, the homegrown fast-food giant said its wholly-owned subsidiaries Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd. and Golden Plate Pte. Ltd. have entered into an agreement primarily with Hoppime Ltd., a subsidiary of Wowprime, to establish a company that will own and operate the 12 Sabu brand in China, Hong Kong, and Macau. The 12 Sabu brand features "low-priced hot-pot dishes served in a clean and bright dining environment. It highlights safe and fresh food which each customer cooks in individual fast-heating stone hot pots."

Ingredients: 500 g. green asparagus spears 6 pcs. eggs Salt 1 tsp. crushed black pepper corn 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 cup bacon 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded 20 g. fresh basil Procedure: 1. Preheat oven. 2. Snap off and discard tough ends of asparagus. Cut asparagus diagonally into ¼ inch pieces. Whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. 3. Heat oil in a 20-inch non-stick oven-proof pan over medium heat. Ingredients: 1 kg. tawilis 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup cornstarch 2 pcs beaten egg 1 cup water 1 tbsp baking powder oil for deep frying ½ cup tuba 1 tsp fish sauce 1/3 cup olive oil ¼ cup cilantro, chopped ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp garlic, chopped salt and pepper Procedure: 1. Tie with butcher's string then season with salt and pepper, and rub with mustard. 2. Have ready roasting pan with mirepoix then place prime rib; and roast until done or around 1½ hours.
