Ingredients: tilapia kamatis carrots asin paminta bawang luya sibuyas red at green bell pepper mantika suka brown sugar toyo cornstarch P hoto and recipe credit: Unang Hirit Procedure: 1. Asinan at lagyan ng paminta ang tilapia saka ito pagulungin sa harina at iprito. 2. Paghaluin ang ginisang bawang at luya sa suka, toyo, brown sugar at tubig.  3. Idagdag ang tinunaw na cornstarch. Haluin hanggang sa kumapal ang sauce. 4. Dagdagan ng sibuyas, carrots, red at green bell pepper.  5. Ilagay ang piniritong tilapia sa plato at saka buhusan ng sauce.

Ingredients: garlic/plain rice tinapa fish  scrambled eggs (fried) beaten egg (fresh) lumpia wrapper mantika Procedure: 1. Lagyan ng dalawang kutsarang kanin ang gitna ng lumpia wrapper. 2. Lagyan sa ibabaw ng nalutong tinapa/tinapa flakes. 3. Lagyan ng dalawang kutsarang pinritong scrambled na itlog. 4. Lagyan ang paligid ng egg wash. Balutin at i-seal. 5. I-prito sa kumukulong mantika hanggang sa maging golden brown. 6. Ihanda ang ulam.
